Dr. Rasul and Melissa are very kind and helpful. They're always fast to respond to emails and wait times are very quick.

Dr. Rasul is very knowledgeable and will always answer any questions or concerns you have about treatment. A good medical provider makes all the difference and truly does change lives. I highly recommend this office.

Dr.Rasul and his staff have been extremely helpful and flexible with my personal treatment. If you are looking for psychiatry services that are tailored to your mental health requirements and predisposition(s), then Serene is a great option in the Orlando area. After switching to Serene, I know now that my voice is heard - and my mental health has improved significantly.

I cannot recommend Dr. Rasul enough. He has been nothing short of excellent. His office is very easy to communicate with, and they’re accommodating. When I first came to him as a new patient, he took his time talking to me. He was able to accurately diagnose me and put me on new medication, that actually works. My previous physician misdiagnosed me and the medication I had been on for years never seemed to work. Thank you for helping me live a happier and more stable life. I’ve been seeing Dr. Rasul for many years now. He takes very good care of his patients and Melissa helps make it easy to schedule appointments and take care of my needs via email. They have also been super accommodating with having appointments over the phone. Highly recommend.

I called in as a new patient and I was able to get an appointment within 3 days (unheard of). The ARNP and therapist are top notch and have open availability around my schedule. The intake staff is also absolutely amazing. I will recommend them to anyone in need!!!

I've been going to Serene since 2018 and haven't regretted it one bit. Dr. Rasul listens to your unique needs and doesn't pressure you into anything like I've experienced with several other psychiatrists. Melissa at the front desk is incredibly kind, helpful and informative about getting started at SBH. I can honestly say that my quality of life had drastically improved after just a couple visits with Dr. Rasul! I live in south Orlando and still make the drive to Serene in Metro West because I haven't found a place around me that even compares.
